TSMG Holding is seeking a Parts & Inventory Manager to oversee vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across sites, ensuring timely availability for fleet maintenance. You will maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers and OEMs to secure components for uninterrupted operations.

The role requires hands-on planning, cost awareness, and the ability to work across multiple locations while collaborating with internal teams to optimize stock levels and workshop efficiency.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, inventory control, or workshop logistics.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or workshop management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
  • Good understanding of cost control, stock management, and procurement processes.
  • Fluent English required; German is mandatory; Spanish is an advantage.

Aufgaben

  • Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across operational sites.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and OEM partners to secure availability of required components.
  • Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and records.
  • Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation in line with procedures.
  • Support cost tracking and assist in maintaining budget control for parts and supplies.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand based on planned activities.
  • Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet update or upgrade campaigns.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in warehouse and workshop environments.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy across inventory and procurement systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce operational delays.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
