A leading recruitment firm seeks an experienced Partnership / Growth Manager to drive their client's expansion in Germany. This strategic role involves building partnerships, executing growth initiatives, and shaping market strategies to establish a leading e-commerce presence in the region. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B development, fluency in German, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
As the first Partnership / Growth Manager in Germany for our client, you will be instrumental in launching and scaling their presence in the German market. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building and nurturing key partnerships, driving growth initiatives, and shaping the go-to-market approach in collaboration with the Head of Sales. You will play a foundational role in their international expansion, working to establish the company as a leading e-commerce marketplace in Germany.
