About you

You should be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and eager to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You’ll excel at expanding your network, promoting our proposition, and closing multiple high-value deals quickly, driven by your tenacity and expertise.

You’ll pursue your own leads and follow up on inquiries, highlighting what makes an IWG partnership unique. Your outstanding communication skills in your local language and English will enable you to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

What you’ll be doing

Joining our team of over 200 Partnerships Sales Leaders, you’ll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, business and financial acumen, and commitment to excellence, as we continue to add to the over 1,000 deals closed in 50+ countries last year alone.

From one day to the next, you’ll:

  • Negotiate high-value deals to establish new partner locations, expanding the IWG network across towns and cities
  • Identify opportunities in commercial buildings of all types, pitch partnership opportunities, and secure investments ranging from £250k to over £1m for new centres
  • Demonstrate the value of the IWG partnership to your network of B2B contacts
  • Source ambitious partners aligned with our growth targets, including building conversions, new developments, or competitor conversions
  • Use a flexible approach to business development tailored to partners’ needs
  • Manage your pipeline from initial contact through negotiations to signed agreements
