Role Overview

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to develop and expand our partner ecosystem, focusing on agency and technology/integration partners. The role involves driving revenue through strategic collaborations and scalable programs.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow agency and tech/integration partnership programs.
  2. Identify, pitch, and close new partners aligned with our strategy.
  3. Onboard partners and support their success.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  6. Set KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize partnership initiatives.
  7. Represent Softr at industry events and meetings.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development, preferably in a tech startup or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to source and grow revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/tech and agency business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Proactive, outcome-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Technical fluency in no-code tools; experience with Softr is a plus.
