At Rhesis AI, we empower organizations to develop and deploy Gen AI applications that meet high standards for reliability, robustness, and compliance. As the creators of an open-source solution for test generation & management, we enable AI teams to build context-specific tests and collaborate directly with domain experts.

We're part of the K.I.E.Z. Accelerator at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin, building testing infrastructure for Gen AI to earn trust at scale.

Your profile

What you will do:

• Identify and engage potential pilot and strategic project partners, especially in enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from the AI community, industry, and government.
• Represent Rhesis AI at events and conferences to expand our network and visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and validate strategies.
• Support documentation, project proposals, and reports related to technology transfer.

You are great for this role if you have:

• Understanding of software development processes and Gen AI technologies (no coding required, but technical affinity expected).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with enterprise and institutional stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, or innovation fields.
• Experience in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and market analysis.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or related field.
• Independent, structured, proactive work style with ownership.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
