Our client, a multi office law firm is looking to strengthen its real estate offering with the appointment of a senior lawyer.

With over 20 locations spread throughout the UK, our client offers a full service of legal disciplines, representing thousands of businesses and professionals alike. Income has doubled since 2019, reaching over £150 million in 2024 and they continue to grow, aiming to double revenue once again in the next 4 years.

The Real Estate Team provide expert advice and assistance in all contentious and non-contentious real estate, planning, finance and development matters. The Team’s expertise covers a comprehensive range of property services that cover all types of commercial properties across many sectors, providing for a diverse client base.

Their lawyers support some of the UK’s most high-profile property investors; provides expert legal and commercial advice in relation to property, construction and litigation matters; and advises on complex schemes for commercial and residential developers. Areas of expertise include, asset management; Business Parks; construction; development; mines & minerals; mixed use schemes; plot sales; property Litigation; retail; and town planning.
