What does a Partner Success Manager do, you might ask?

He/she is responsible for fostering relationships with clients to promote sustainable energies. Essentially, you act as the "Woo-maker" for our clients! This role involves indirect sales with achievable soft targets, making it a rewarding position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create enthusiasm for Sungrow products within the installer landscape and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors to meet growth and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Assist partner sales teams with sales opportunities.
  • Conduct training programs for existing and prospective installers and distributors to educate them about our solutions and value proposition.
  • Participate in developing sales and marketing plans for new initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, addressing challenges and ensuring resolution.
  • Co-create value propositions based on customer insights.
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads.
  • Overall goal: Create Sungrow fans!

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in electrical equipment and possess:

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills.
  • Language proficiency: German (C1) and English (B2).
  • A quick learner eager to grow in the clean-tech industry.
  • Attention to detail, able to connect details to the bigger picture.
  • Willingness to be on the road several days a week.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of the solar industry is a plus.
  • Home office-based role.
