What does a Partner Success Manager do, you might ask?

He / she is responsible for the most rewarding part of our daily work: fostering the hunger for sustainable energies. You are the "Woo-maker" of our clients! This role is similar to an indirect sales position with soft targets that you will easily achieve.

Overall responsibilities include:

  • Create enthusiasm for Sungrow among installers and influence their purchasing behavior
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors and ensure growth targets and customer satisfaction are met
  • Assist partner sales personnel with sales opportunities
  • Conduct training programs for existing and prospective installers and distributors to educate them about our solutions, features, and value proposition
  • Participate in developing sales and marketing plans for new initiatives
  • Represent the voice of the customer, addressing challenges and resolving issues
  • Co-create value propositions based on customer insights
  • Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads
  • All in one: Create Sungrow fans! :)

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in electrical equipment and possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Language requirements: German at least C1, English at least B2
  • Quick learner with a desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Attention to detail, able to connect details to the big picture
  • Willingness to be on the road several days a week
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Understanding of the solar industry is a plus
  • Home office based
