This role involves:

  • Developing and managing BMC’s channel, working with VARs and System Integrators across the region, and collaborating with the direct sales team to drive joint sales cycles.
  • Owning the partner resell ecosystem and creating sustainable business plans, including pricing, marketing campaigns, and partner reward schemes.
  • Driving pipeline generation campaigns and creating scalable models to achieve 20% incremental revenue from the channel within three years.
  • Leading enablement efforts with partners to ensure they are technically equipped and proficient in sales processes.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Partner/Channel Manager, with a focus on creating vision, managing distributors and resellers, and driving sales opportunities.
  • Proven success in building and executing channel transformation plans.
  • A growth mindset, competitive spirit, and integrity to drive business success.
