ERM Capital Project Delivery Leadership Opportunity in Germany

ERM is seeking a leader to expand our Capital Project Delivery (CPD) business within the German renewables market. As a Partner, you will leverage your consulting expertise, business acumen, and technical knowledge in onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar power to unlock new growth opportunities.

About ERM in Germany

Established in 1989, ERM Germany has grown to employ over 150 professionals across multiple locations. We have built a solid reputation in environmental services, with our CPD team delivering complex environmental and social impact studies (EIAs and ESIA) for major infrastructure projects. Our team has tripled in size over the past 15 years, working with a diverse client base including domestic companies, large German and European banks, international lenders, and corporate clients, supporting project financing and greenfield development investments.

Role Profile

In this role, you will work with key players in the power, onshore, and offshore wind energy markets, responsible for the commercial growth of our renewable services in Germany. You will develop and maintain client relationships, win new business, and support clients throughout their asset lifecycle. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

You will be expected to:

• Bring proven consultancy experience with a successful track record in delivering pragmatic, innovative solutions to clients in the German renewables sector. Demonstrate strong management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones by providing strategic consulting, delivering value, and supporting project planning and feasibility phases.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to pursue new business opportunities, creating a sales pipeline for sustainable growth.
