Requirements
- 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven ability to drive sales from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build partnerships.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and architectural scenarios.
- University degree.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% (when possible).
Nice to have:
- Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics.
- Fluency in German, French, or other European languages.
- Soft skills include being a self-starter, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team-oriented, and able to manage projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy.
- Recruit and onboard partners across EMEA.
- Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities.
- Host strategic partner QBRs.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Achieve partner-sourced ARR targets.
