Jobbeschreibung

For our further growth, we are looking for a highly motivated (Senior) Partner Manager, German & English speaker – remote.

Your tasks will be as follows:
  1. Make our partners successful in the DACH region and potentially in other Southern European markets.
  2. Establish strong, close, and sustainable customer relationships and communication with cooperation partners from the domestic and international banking or insurance industry, including their sales institutions (single point of contact). Depending on your background and experience, you may also have direct contact with corporates.
  3. Build out existing partnerships following strategic partnership plans developed with the customers.
  4. Establish and grow new partnerships to expand the reach of the Guarantee Vault Platform. Be ambitious and challenge partners to think big.
  5. Support partners in the (commercial) roll-out of initiatives to their customers.
  6. Prepare and follow up on customer appointments, joint team sales activities, and cooperate directly with management.
  7. Optimize and streamline the customer activation process through CRM-based documentation, including legal and contractual support, as part of long-term projects.
  8. Conduct user trainings, webinars, and similar activities to support partnership sales.

The profile we're looking for:
  • You are a resident of the European Union.
  • You are business fluent in German (C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level), spoken and written.
  • Additional language skills (at least B2) are a plus but not mandatory.
  • You have knowledge of trade finance or cash management from sales or product management in the corporate client sector of a bank or insurance company.
  • Having a sustainable personal network with relevant guarantee users is desirable but not essential.
  • We welcome both young, sales-driven individuals eager to grow and experienced sales networkers seeking a new environment.
  • You possess strong communication skills, can inspire enthusiasm, and excel in developing partners and their customers in digital user experiences.
  • A discussion with the Co-CEO is part of the selection process.
