We are looking for a Partner Manager to join a leading global organization (GAFA). This role focuses on credit payment products delivered in collaboration with external financial partners, ensuring seamless customer experiences while balancing day-to-day operational tasks and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate relationships with external financial partners and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service). Address technical or commercial escalations and align business objectives.
• Project and Process Improvement: Identify and resolve customer pain points through collaborative projects; propose solutions to optimize processes and develop performance metrics; drive automation and standardization to enhance efficiency and scalability; conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover trends and improvement opportunities; present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with technical and non‑technical teams to support the launch and evolution of payment products.
