Job summary

Distribusion Technologies is seeking a Partner Delivery Analyst to join our Partnerships team in a hybrid Berlin/Europe remote setup. You’ll configure new partner integrations, monitor processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation to improve efficiency.

You will work with APIs, Postman, and our knowledge base, collaborating across teams and partners like Booking.com and Google Maps to enable scalable delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a high-growth company, tech/software, travel, transportation or logistics is a plus.
• Background in Customer Support and/or Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with configuration tasks and a technical mindset.
• Experience working with APIs and testing them in Postman.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and roll out new configurations ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
• Oversee and improve processes; identify gaps and enhancements.
• Build and maintain clear documentation and process guides (Confluence).
• Support handovers of new features to partners so they are ready from day one.
• Grow and organize the knowledge base for internal teams.

Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Partner Delivery Analyst to join the Partnerships team to drive the strategic growth and performance of some of our key B2B partnerships. This role will require you to wear many hats and certainly not leave you bored!

What will you do:

• Configure and roll out: set up and launch new configurations, making sure each rollout runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Oversee and improve processes: monitor how our documentation and processes are used, spot gaps, and make them better.
• Build documentation: create and maintain clear documentation and process guides for internal teams.
• Support feature handovers: help hand over new features to our partners so they’re ready to use them from day one.
• Grow our knowledge base: collect feedback and turn it into a well-organized knowledge base in Confluence.

Workplace: Berlin/Hybrid or Europe/Remote.

We collaborate with teams around the Globe and our HQ in Berlin, where the Berlin team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-growth company. Experience in tech/software, travel, transportation or logistics is a plus but not required.
• A background in Customer Support and/or Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with configuration tasks and a strong technical mindset.
• Experience working with APIs and testing them in Postman.
