On behalf of a prestigious Big 4 consultancy, Masentó D&AI has been exclusively retained to identify a visionary Partner to lead and grow their Data & AI practice within the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences sector in Germany. The Opportunity

As a Partner, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading complex engagements, and delivering cutting-edge AI and data solutions to leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Germany and the wider DACH region.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading C-level client relationships and advising on AI and data strategy.
• Designing and delivering large-scale transformation programmes across R&D, clinical, and commercial functions.
• Building and mentoring high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants.
• Driving business development and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy in the life sciences sector.
• Collaborating across global service lines to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a senior leader with :

• Deep expertise in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, ideally with experience in R&D, clinical development, or commercial operations.
• A strong track record of delivering AI and data-driven solutions in a consulting or industry setting.
• Proven ability to build and scale a consulting business or practice.
• A robust network within the life sciences ecosystem in Germany or the DACH region.
• Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consultancy is required.
