Qualifikationen

  • 5–10 years of experience in agency BD/sales.
  • Proven track record in quota attainment in partner cycles.
  • Experience with partner recruitment and enabling processes.
  • Hands-on experience in building sales pipelines.

We enable agencies, SMEs and partners to deliver audience intelligence and performance marketing automation. With our platform, agencies and ticketing platforms can launch smarter services for more clients, faster—and let more users do things independently.

Tasks
  • Build & monetise an ecosystem of ad/creative/performance agencies and ticketing/ad-tech platforms in DACH/EU.
  • Source, co-sell and close deals with/through partners; own a number (sourced & influenced).
  • Package offers partners can sell (playbooks, pricing, SLAs), incl. API-driven and self-serve motions.
  • Run enablement (discovery templates, demo flows, use-case collateral); reduce time-to-first-deal.
  • Forecast, pipe-manage and report objectively; feed structured market feedback to Product.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years across agency BD/sales and SaaS/tech; quota attainment in partner or enterprise cycles.
  • Network across DACH agencies/platforms; fluent German & English.
  • You’ve stood up a partner motion (recruit → enable → first revenue) and can show artefacts (playbooks, offers, case studies).
  • Strong product/ads/data literacy; comfortable with APIs, ticketing/commerce or paid-social stacks.
  • Hands-on operator: builds pipeline, runs calls, negotiates, and closes—no people management.
