Boylston Staffing is looking for a temporary to hire for a Part-Time Front Office Administrator for a firm in Hanover.

Job Details:
  1. Will answer phones, direct calls, be the point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, order office supplies, create new job folders, file, copy, process mail, maintain calendars to help meet deadlines, scan documents, review and print weekly timesheets, maintain vacation requests, arrange lunches, and other duties as assigned.
  2. Possible permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
  3. 3 days per week (prefer Monday, Tuesday, and Friday).
  4. Pay: $25/hr.
  5. Working hours: 8:30am-5:00pm.
