This position reports to:

Production Engineering Specialist

Your role and responsibilities:

Are you looking to pursue a part-time Master's degree while gaining valuable practical experience? With us, you have the opportunity to combine your studies with hands-on work and actively contribute to the development of our production processes. You will work independently in a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various departments and locations - from Minden to a global scale. In doing so, you will ensure efficient data consistency and contribute to the optimization of processes and products. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Creation and maintenance of material numbers in SAP, including cross-departmental management and organization.
2. Proper documentation and cross-functional management of changes within the bill of materials and master data responsibilities.
3. Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines throughout all stages of change processes.
4. Creation of work plans, considering efficient processes and accurate time requirements within variant configurations.
5. Development and maintenance of bill of materials in SAP, including variant configuration and relationship management.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on measurement and control technology.
• Enthusiasm for team and project management with the ability to motivate and organize interdisciplinary teams.
• Active involvement in manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Strong interest in change management, cross-functional thinking, and a structured working approach.
• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
