A fast-growing fintech firm in Berlin is looking for a part-time HR Generalist to support their new Sales division. Proven experience recruiting Sales roles (Field Sales / Cold Sales / BDRs).
Solid knowledge of other HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, HR operations, HR support, offboarding).
Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist, ideally in an international or fast-paced company.
Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong spoken English.
Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach.
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, 4 hours per day.

Own the full employee lifecycle for our Sales teams across Germany: from recruitment to onboarding, daily support, and even offboarding.
Run the end-to-end hiring process (posting, sourcing, interviews, offers).
Collect documents and prepare everything for new joiners.
Make onboarding smooth and welcoming, coordinating trainings and intro sessions.
Be the go-to person for HR questions, policies, and people support.
Help shape a great employee experience in a new, ambitious team.
