Jobbeschreibung

A new permanent part-time position has just come available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Financial Department of a 5-Star Hotel. Reporting directly to the Hotel Accountant, this position plays a pivotal role in the business's daily operations.

The company is Ireland’s original 5-Star Hotel and is based in the heart of Kenmare.

This is a 3-day week part-time role based fully onsite.

Please see below the responsibilities and some requirements in order to be successful in this process.

Role of this position
  1. Compile and maintain daily sales figures.
  2. Manage both Debtors and Creditors ledgers.
  3. Assist in preparing the Audit Pack and provide necessary ad hoc reporting.
  4. Maintain the Gift Voucher Control Account.
  5. Conduct day-to-day banking activities as required.
  6. Provide support to the accountant on various ad hoc projects.
  7. Fulfill general administration duties alongside other ongoing assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
  1. You will have experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
  2. You will hold an Accounting Technician certification or actively be pursuing one.
  3. Experience in Hotsoft, SAGE, MicroPay, Auto entry & ProcureWizard is an advantage.
  4. You will have excellent communication skills.
