Qualifikationen

What we are looking for:

To support us in our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our legal team at AnyDesk. In this role, you will be a key member of the legal team acting as the main point of contact between a variety of departments and our external lawyers. We are looking for individuals with a solution-oriented can-do attitude paired with extreme ownership of business-critical tasks and the ability to keep track of multiple goals differing in priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the communication with internal departments
• Manage the communication with clients and contractors, particularly in data protection and contract administration
• Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently
• Liaise with authorities regarding abuse-related matters
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the organization

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Previous employment in a law firm or legal department (Completion of training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant)
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Ability to work in a structured and self-directed manner, with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experiences with DocuSign are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members
