Job Title: Painter (m/f/d) for Aircraft Components

We specialize in developing repair technologies for composite and metal materials in the aviation sector. As a Painter, you will play a key role in ensuring our components meet the highest technical and aesthetic standards. Join our growing team at our location in Schkeuditz!

Responsibilities:
  1. Performing paint work on aircraft parts made of GFRP / CFRP materials and sheet metal.
  2. Assisting the repair team using standard practice methods (sanding, laminating, vacuum bagging, curing, painting, polishing).
  3. Using manufacturers’ specifications, relevant repair documentation, work orders, and drawings.
  4. Maintaining tools and equipment.
  5. Conducting quality checks and creating technical documentation of all repair work.
  6. Using inspection and measuring tools effectively.
Your Profile:
  • Completed vocational training in painting, such as painter and varnisher, vehicle painter, or a comparable field.
  • Professional experience in painting, preferably with high-quality materials and demanding surfaces.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong self-organization skills with a meticulous, precise, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in working in an international environment.
  • Motivated to collaborate with a global team.
