Tasks
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media strategies across Meta Ads (primary) and TikTok (secondary).
  • Fully manage paid social in one key market (e.g., USA or Germany) end-to-end, including strategy, media buying, and creative direction.
  • You break up silos between the performance marketing managers of our different markets in the paid social domain. You establish a paid social ‘pod’ with which you ensure knowledge sharing, best practice development & initiation of new strategic growth opportunities in the paid social domain across markets.
  • Lead creative strategy development with the support of a creative strategist and design team.
  • Design and implement systems for efficient campaign management, reporting, and scaling processes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage cutting-edge tools (e.g., Adtribute, Klar, TripleWhale) for attribution and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Coach performance marketing managers on how to best spend high monthly budgets (≥$1M per month) effectively and drive strong ROI.
  • Balance strategy for both D2C eCommerce and lead generation campaigns, with a primary focus on D2C.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, with a proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $300k+ for a single brand, having seen growth rates of 50%+
  • Strong experience in Meta Ads (primary) and working knowledge of TikTok Ads.
  • Experience managing teams and scaling campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven creative strategies.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools like Adtribute, Klar, and TripleWhale.
  • Understanding of high AOV products and long sales cycles is a plus.
  • Expertise in creative analytics to refine and optimize ad performance.
  • Solid understanding of the paid social landscape and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Availability to work from our Frankfurt office 4 days a week.
