Smalls is seeking a growth-minded marketer to own our Meta channel end-to-end, managing budget, pacing, and campaign architecture for a primarily remote operation. You will optimize targeting and bidding to maximize long-term LTV and customer quality, while guiding the shift from a hybrid agency model to full internal ownership.
