Trade Republic, based in Berlin, is expanding its Growth Team to boost customer acquisition across Europe. This role sits in a fast-growing fintech that values data-driven marketing, experimentation, and scalable automation. Relocation support is provided if needed.

As Growth Lead, you will own Paid Social strategy, collaborate with data and engineering, and drive campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to accelerate growth in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of digital marketing and customer acquisition in a D2C and/or app-based business.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company.
• Analytical mindset with experience automating reports and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
• Experimentation experience with A/B tests and translating data into insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus.

• Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management.
• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives.
• Collaborate with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance.
• Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency.
• Evolve and oversee channel-specific marketing automation.

• Own the customer acquisition strategy and experimentation roadmap for Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google etc.) across core European countries
• Establish best practices for campaign setup, optimisation, and management
• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for Sales representatives - strategically and operationally
• Collaborate closely with the data team and leverage tools to measure and analyse performance
• Work with tech teams to develop and enhance automation and measurement tools for marketing efficiency
• Evolve and oversee channel specific marketing automation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing technology company
• Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel,
• Strong grasp of several digital marketing platforms (i.e. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
• Experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests and translating data into insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You are proficient in English, German is a plus
