We are seeking a Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) for Jugendhilfe at Kinder- und Jugendwohnen "Haus Gerst" / "Fröbelhaus". The employer is Jugendsozialwerk Rudolstadt gGmbH. The position is available immediately and is located in Rudolstadt and Keilhau.

Our organization has been providing high-quality care, education, and support for over 20 years in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt region. We operate innovative educational and care facilities based on Friedrich Fröbel's principles, fostering holistic development in a supportive community.

We are looking for pedagogical staff to strengthen our team. The role involves working with children and adolescents in residential groups, collaborating with youth welfare offices, and developing new concepts.

Weekly Working Hours: 35+ hours

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

1. Work in a children's and youth residential group with up to 10 children and adolescents facing various challenges.
2. Holistically care for, promote, and protect children and adolescents aged 6-17 in fixed residential groups.
3. Work closely with youth welfare offices, parents, teachers, and partners to shape the life paths of children, adolescents, and their families.
4. Develop new conceptual ideas and take responsibility for their implementation.
5. Reflect on professional actions, document developments according to QM standards, and participate in training and supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Successful completion of recognized training as a state-certified educator or social worker.
2. Ability to work independently, organized, and a talent for coordination.
3. Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends.
4. Reflective practice and goal-oriented approach.
5. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and specific software.
6. Full immunization against measles is required by law.
