Salary : Equivalent to €120,000 per annum

Contract Duration : 12 months

TGRC, a leader in renewable energy recruitment, is seeking an experienced Package Manager specializing in Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for a high-profile offshore wind project based in Rostock. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum and is structured as a fixed-term 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the successful delivery of the WTG package, ensuring all components are aligned with project specifications, budget, and timelines.

Facilitate coordination and communication between project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective integration and execution of WTG components.

Manage the technical and commercial aspects of the WTG package, including conducting negotiations, overseeing contract management, and handling risk assessments.

Lead and organize project meetings to provide updates, strategic guidance, and resolve issues with both internal teams and external partners.

Proactively address and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize impacts on project schedule and costs.

Requirements :

Extensive experience in project management within the offshore wind industry, specifically with Wind Turbine Generators.

A strong technical background with comprehensive knowledge of WTG design, manufacturing, and installation.

Proven capability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly beneficial.
