Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field — or a commercial apprenticeship with at least 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or P2P operations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, particularly operational procurement workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on, structured approach to implementation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Business-fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize P2P processes, focusing on operational procurement activities such as PO creation, order tracking, and goods receipt.
• Translate business needs and pain points into structured requirements and coordinate with technology teams to implement effective, fit-for-purpose, and user-friendly solutions.
• Lead and support cross-functional P2P projects, defining goals and timelines while ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across departments including procurement, logistics, finance, and IT, ensuring proper documentation and change management.
• Design training and enablement materials, support user acceptance testing, and oversee the rollout of process or system changes.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance and report results to key stakeholders and leadership.
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field — or a commercial apprenticeship with at least 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or P2P operations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, particularly operational procurement workflows.
• Proficient with ERP systems (ideally SAP), MS Office (especially Excel), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Experience in process mapping, requirement definition, and collaboration with IT or digital teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on, structured approach to implementation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
