BYD Automotive GmbH is seeking a Project Manager to input overseas projects and drive nomination, sign cooperation agreements, and lead customer meetings and audits in Munich. You will coordinate internal and external resources, verify phase deliverables, and report progress on a regular basis.
The role requires a PM background with strong communication, analytical thinking, and risk management skills, plus >=3 years in PM and PMP preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Input new overseas projects and push forward project nomination.
2. Review and sign cooperation agreements with customers.
3. Lead customer meetings and customer audits, follow up and close all identified issues to improve factory operational efficiency.
4. Verify whether deliverables of each project phase are submitted on schedule, organize phase reviews and report project progress regularly.
1. Major in Project Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred.
2. Excellent communication, teamwork and pressure tolerance.
3. Clear logical thinking, outstanding learning ability, execution and professional ethics.
4. Familiar with project schedule & promotion process, capable of solving abnormal issues, identifying risks in a timely manner and coordinating internal & external resources.
5. Minimum 3 years of project management experience; PMP certification is preferred.
