We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Lead product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.
2. Develop products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and plans for product introduction.
3. Determine customer needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
4. Recommend the nature and scope of current and future product lines by reviewing specifications, requirements, and new product or packaging ideas.
5. Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors'.
6. Provide source data for product line communications by defining marketing communication objectives.
7. Obtain product market share by working with sales to develop sales strategies.
8. Evaluate market data by engaging with customers and analyzing sales call results.

Requirements & Skills :

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate effectively with management.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
