Act as a trusted advisor to our C-Level relationships and work with them on strategic BPO services with the focus on employee and customer experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Jointly design with our clients BPO solutions focused on the digital transformation and outsourcing of E2E business processes, specifically around data-intensive business and customer communication workflows.
2. Owning and coordinating the end-to-end solutioning process with our local sales and global delivery teams for international, multi-million budget deals.
3. Leveraging tools, assets and methodologies, as well as driving the development and documentation of best-practice offerings for managed services.
4. Coach our sales organization along the pre-sales process while adopting a strategic approach in developing solution concepts based on future clients’ needs.
5. Create complex business cases for our end-to-end solutions and synthesize across all relevant stakeholders, aligned with our C-level decision process.
6. Drive the business development activities for adjacent service offerings and work with our internal innovation process.
7. Articulate industry-specific trends and challenges and help clients adjust to significant transformations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Years of experience in designing collaborative managed service transformations at a BPO provider or international consultancy.
2. Hands-on expertise in designing service architectures and business process engineering for outsourcing deals with a focus on digital E2E customer experience.
3. Financial Services expertise is a plus.
4. Bachelor’s degree in either economics or engineering, MBA is a plus.
5. A balanced mix of a pro-active client-facing personality, solid business acumen and a high IT affinity, including expertise in front-to-back process digitization.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical and conceptual mind-set.
7. Self-starter mentality and a team player; able to work towards common goals.
8. Fluent English and German (both must have).
9. Willingness to travel (up to 20-30% - Europe mostly).
10. Locations: Zurich, Switzerland or any SPS locations in Germany: metropolitan areas of Nuremberg, Erfurt, Stuttgart, Cologne, Frankfurt (with home office possibilities).
