An integral part of this role involves leading sales activities and achieving strategic targets for sales, bookings, and gross profit across product lines, accounts, and services in Germany. By engaging with customers and providing high levels of service, you will expand and strengthen relationships. The focus is on selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by the Measurement Solutions Group.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
  1. Actively visit customers to promote Emerson’s products and services, and strategically negotiate, considering long-term opportunities.
  2. Handle sales cycles from lead to closure.
  3. Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position by understanding customer business drivers and goals, and staying updated on their situations.
  4. Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product, value, and period.
  5. Work in team project formats for integrated requests.
  6. Participate in relevant industry events.

  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Availability to travel up to a specified percentage of time.
  • Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
  • Experience in an industrial automation environment, with knowledge of similar technical instruments (flow, level, temperature measurement) and related industries (life science, chemical, oil & gas, power).
