Account Manager is responsible for driving and managing new opportunities to achieve revenue targets. The individual who will thrive as an Outside Sales / Account Manager is sales-centric, a self-starter, and capable of operating at scale with agility and accountability. This role focuses on sales opportunities across system integrators and distributors in EMEA.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met.
- Responsible for sales account planning, sales forecasting, and engaging cross-functional resources to align with customer requirements.
- Provide in-depth analysis of customer-level issues and deliver resolutions and recommendations.
- Stay current with server market industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and exhibitions as required.
- Provide weekly sales reports.
Qualifikation
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in ME, engineering, business, or related fields.
Experiences
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand German and English.
- 3+ years of hardware sales experience in the Server / Computer industry with a strong understanding of Server / Storage / Data-center business.
- Demonstrated communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating passion, work ethic, and high energy levels.
- Ability to listen, formulate sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services.
- Strong leadership skills, goal orientation, and self-motivation with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior sales or business experience working with server / computer hardware distributors, channels, or clients is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to travel within Europe and/or internationally.
