About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor residential and professional applications. We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative responsible for our Standalone sub-segment across Germany.

We are looking for a field sales manager for the German market, focusing on the Outdoor customer channel. The primary goal will be to introduce the new Kampa 2026 brand relaunch assortment in Germany, targeting customers like Globetrotter, Sport 2000, and others.

Your main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to build a Kampa dealer network and achieve sales targets by engaging with new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and clients. Build relationships, assess their needs, and develop proposals to meet those needs.
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events to expand the business and establish relationships with partners.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, competitors, industry positioning, and market trends.
  • Create sales forecasts and work actively towards achieving them.
