Job Description:

All of our positions are fully remote. You do not have to relocate to join us!

This role offers a unique experience within a fast-growing scale-up environment, where you will play a crucial role in educating and developing prospects, setting the stage for seamless handoffs to sales teams. You will craft target prospect lists, penetrate key accounts using cold-calling techniques, identify key players, conduct research, gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate and navigate sales cycles. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the trajectory of a thriving company and contribute to its pre-IPO journey.

What you bring:

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach experience is a plus)
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech Company
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to promote ideas persuasively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Positive and energetic phone presence
  • Proficiency in one or more EMEA languages (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, or others)
  • Strategic and tactical thinking, maintaining positivity despite rejection or criticism

Remote Compensation Philosophy: We ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide, paying above local rates to support global talent. The salary range for this full-time position is $19,530 to $43,925 USD, depending on various factors.
