Job Details

Position: OT Security Architect (m/f/d) - Remote Work Available

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced OT security measures to protect critical data and production systems, ensuring high availability, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Lead risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to improve OT security organization-wide.
• Advise decision-makers on risk management, system migrations, and resilience enhancements, integrating security into business decisions.
• Support project teams in procurement and integration of new machinery and systems by defining security requirements.
• Monitor and respond to OT security incidents, minimizing risks and safeguarding operational continuity.
• Shape and align OT security strategy with industry standards and latest security trends.
• Manage OT asset tracking with SNOW and collaborate with the SOC team to enhance security processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT or OT cybersecurity, with expertise in Microsoft 365 Defender for IoT, Azure Security, or PaloAlto IoT.
• Project management skills; familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with enthusiasm for new technologies.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
