OT Security Architect (m/f/d) - Remote Work Available

A job that matters: your tasks:

1. Design and implement cutting-edge OT security measures to safeguard critical data and production systems, ensuring high availability, integrity, and confidentiality.
2. Lead risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, develop proactive strategies, and drive improvements in OT security across the organization.
3. Advise decision-makers on strategic risk management, system migrations, and enhancing resilience, ensuring security is embedded in every business decision.
4. Provide security expertise to project teams in the procurement and integration of new machinery and systems, defining clear security requirements for future technologies.
5. Monitor and respond to OT security incidents, taking immediate corrective actions to minimize risks and protect operational continuity.
6. Shape dormakaba's OT security strategy, aligning business and technical needs with the latest industry trends and cutting-edge security standards.
7. Track OT assets with SNOW, ensuring comprehensive visibility and control, while working closely with the SOC team to continuously improve security processes.

An experience that matters: your skills

1. 5+ years in IT or OT cybersecurity with experience in Microsoft 365 Defender for IoT, Azure Security, or PaloAlto IoT.
2. Project management skills and familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel are a plus.
3. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for new technologies.
5. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
