A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a senior IT/OT leader to combine local Plant IT with a wider global OT strategy, and to shape OT strategy, IT/OT convergence, industrial Cyber Security, Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 across international sites.

You will work with Production, Engineering, Automation and global IT teams, contributing to transformation programmes across MES, ERP, automation and digital manufacturing.

Competenze

• 10+ years' experience across IT/OT, manufacturing technology or industrial environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Solid IT/OT engineering background essential
• Knowledge across industrial networks, OT environments, automation and Cyber Security
• Fluent/strong French and English; German advantageous

Mansioni

Team Lead of IT/OT & Manufacturing Technology

I am currently supporting a global manufacturing organisation with the appointment of a senior IT/OT leader to combine responsibility for local Plant IT with the development of a wider global OT strategy.

The position will lead the local IT function while helping shape OT strategy, IT/OT convergence, industrial Cyber Security, Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across international production sites. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Automation, Cyber Security and global IT teams, while contributing to transformation programmes across MES, ERP, automation and digital manufacturing.

Candidates should bring 10+ years' experience across IT/OT, manufacturing technology or industrial environments, including 5+ years of leadership experience. A solid IT/OT engineering background is essential, with knowledge across industrial networks, OT environments, automation, infrastructure and Cyber Security.
