The ideal candidate will identify and secure sales opportunities to drive company revenue. Responsibilities also involve formulating, executing, and assessing sales strategies. This role requires robust leadership and mentoring abilities to foster the sales team's growth. Previous sales experience in Hip and Knee Replacement / Implants Products is essential.

Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate with representatives to cultivate and meet potential leads
  2. Monitor and document all sales activities
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies based on market analysis
  4. Achieve business growth targets while adhering to organizational guidelines
  5. Review and strategize monthly action plans to meet sales budgets
  6. Create and execute plans for promotional activities, CRM strategies, and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies to meet sales objectives
  7. Assess territory potential, considering market trends and competitor activities
  8. Profile and enlist new doctors as per business needs
  9. Coordinate with government sales teams for product availability and demand generation at various institutions
  10. Cultivate enduring relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / Business leaders through regular scientific engagements and adequate coverage frequency in the assigned territory
  11. Follow up with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction, collaborating with other departments for timely resolutions

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology preferred
  • 3+ years selling Orthopaedic Hip & Knee Replacement / Implant Products
  • Experience with Orthopaedic Hip and Knees products within the last 2 years
  • Strong decision-making and financial management skills
  • Proficient in regional language both in written and verbal communication, intermediate level in English
  • Flexibility for occasional travel and overnight stays as per business requirements
