Job Description and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of effective organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess current organizational needs and suggest improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes, improve communication channels, and optimize workflows.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for organizational development.
  • Monitor compliance with the Organizational Governance Framework.
  • Coordinate committee meetings and monitor specific business processes.
  • Evaluate quarterly reports.
  • Support the client's Excellence Program and related initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective Operational Excellence workstreams (people, processes, systems, culture) aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring or strategic changes.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and promote open communication.
  • Provide regular reports on organizational development and strategic initiatives.
