Qualifikationen

What This Role Looks Like

• Supporting conceptual organisational design (potentially across various dimensions such as processes, structures, roles, and governance)
• Providing support and advice to the International Product Organisations in implementing and leveraging the target operating model
• Supporting iterative learning and improvement processes within the organisation
• Promoting agile ways of working within ALDI DX
• Collaborating with international departments and external partners
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data entry, research, and administrative duties

Your Profile

What You Bring With You

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (e.g., management consulting, strategy, business development)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design concepts and facilitate their implementation
• Ability to structure problems and independently manage smaller work packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Self-motivated, autonomous work style with strong initiative and accountability

Desirable Extras

• Experience in organisational design and operating model transformations
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and relevant qualifications
