Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Center Manager with office and administrative tasks
• Manage mail traffic within the Service Center
• Support correspondence with the Service Center, Group, and customers
• Organize office files and maintain filing systems
• Serve as a flexitime officer
• Prepare repair quotations based on calculations from the Service Center Manager or Administrative Director
• Handle order planning in SAP
• Place spare parts orders with head office and external suppliers via SAP
• Track deadlines for quotations, orders, and external production
• Manage invoicing, including dispatch of outgoing invoices and processing of incoming invoices
• Perform special tasks as instructed by supervisors

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training
• Basic IT knowledge
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Windows, and Excel
