WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 1-2 years of comparable work experience (e.g., as a deal desk, sales operations, paralegal, legal or business operations associate).
• Native or professional-level fluency in both English and German.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving international environment.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRMs, CLMs, or similar tools.
• Previous experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, Workday is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS or software companies is desirable.
• A start-up mentality: willingness to roll up your sleeves, think creatively, prioritize, and get the job done.
