Job summary

deltaVision sucht einen Orbital Systems Programme Manager, der die End-to-End-Lieferung eines Raumfahrtprogramms verantwortet. Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Zeitplan, Budget, Umfang und Risiko sowie die primäre Schnittstelle zu Partnern, Subunternehmern und Kunden.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Orbital Systems-Architekten und technischen Domänenleitern sichern Sie den Plan von der frühen Phase bis zur Auslieferung, koordinieren Domänen und steuern Risiken sowie Berichte an interne und

Qualifications

• 5+ Jahre als Programm- oder Projektmanager für Raumfahrt oder Raumfahrtsubsysteme.
• Nachweisliche End-to-End-Lieferverantwortung bei komplexen Raumfahrtprojekten.
• Erfahrung mit ECSS-Projektmanagement, Review (SRR/PDR/CDR) und Milestone-Frameworks.
• Erfahrung Koordination über Konsortien, Partner/Subunternehmer.
• Ausgeprägte Planung, Risikomanagement und Berichtsführung.
• Technische Urteilsfähigkeit in Raumfahrtsystemen.
• Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
• Deutschkenntnisse vorteilhaft

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für die Programmbaseline: Zeitplan, Kosten, Umfang, Arbeitspaketstruktur und Critical Path.
• Durchführung des Programm-Control-Zyklus: Planung, Meilensteine, Earned Value, Risiko- und Chancenmanagement, Change Control, Statusberichte.
• Schnittstelle zu Konsortialpartnern, Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Interfaces und Lieferungen.
• Verwaltung der Kunden- und Behördenbeziehungen, Reviews, Meilensteinabnahmen und vertragliche Deliverables.
• Leitung der internen Programmeausführung über Systemeingenieur, Hardware, Test.
• Subunternehmer- und Lieferantenmanagement im Umfang des Programms.
• Vorbereitung und Verteidigung von Programm-Reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) und entsprechende Dokumentation.
• Frühes Aufzeigen strategischer Abhängigkeiten und Ressourcen-Konflikte.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von ECSS-Projektmanagement, Konfigurations- und Qualitätsanforderungen.

Deine Mission

As Orbital Systems Programme Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of one of deltaVision's space programmes. You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, budget, scope and risk, and deltaVision's primary interface to partners, subcontractors and customers.

Working alongside our Orbital Systems architects and technical domain leads, you will keep a programme on track — from early phase through delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Own theprogrammebaseline: schedule, cost, scope, work-packagestructureand critical path across all phases
• Run theprogrammecontrol cycle — planning, milestone and gate management, earned-value tracking, risk and opportunity management, change control, and progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Act asdeltaVision'sprimary interface to consortium partners, coordinating cross-organisationdependencies,interfacesand deliverables
• Manage the customer and authority relationship for yourprogramme, including reviews, milestoneacceptanceand contractual deliverables
• Lead internalprogrammeexecution across the contributing domains (systems engineering, hardware, and test), keeping teams aligned to plan
• Own subcontractor and supplier management within theprogrammescope: statements of work,NDAs,negotiation,monitoringand delivery
• Drive preparation anddefenceofprogrammereviews (SRR/PDR/CDR-class) and lead the associated documentation and data-package readiness
• Flag strategic dependencies and resource conflicts early, acrossprogrammeand company priorities
• Ensure compliance with ECSS project-management,configurationand quality requirements
• Support related bid and proposal activity, contributing programmatics, planning and cost inputs

Dein Profil

• 5+ years as aprogrammeor project manager for spacecraft or spacecraft subsystems, withdemonstratedend-to-end delivery ownership
• Proventrack recordmanaging cost, schedule and scope on complex, multi-stakeholder spaceprogrammes
• Hands-on experience with ECSS project-management, review (SRR/PDR/CDR)and milestone frameworks
• Experience coordinating across consortia,partnersand/or subcontractors, ideally in an institutional (ESA / national agency) funding context
• Strong command of planning, risk management and reporting tools and methods
• Sound technical judgement across space systems, enabling credible dialogue with domain leads and partners
• Excellent stakeholder-management,negotiationand communication skills
• Accountable,structuredand calm under pressure, with an agile, hands-on mindset
• Passion for creating a new spaceflight paradigm (spacelogistics& orbitalrefuelling)
• Additional advantages:
