deltaVision is seeking an Orbital Systems Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a space programme. You will be the single accountable for schedule, budget, scope and risk, interfacing with partners, subcontractors and customers to keep the programme on track from early phase through delivery.

You will lead cross-domain execution with systems engineering, hardware and test teams, manage subcontractors, and defend programme reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) while ensuring ECSS compliance and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a programme or project manager for spacecraft or spacecraft subsystems, with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven track record managing cost, schedule and scope on complex, multi-stakeholder space programmes.
• Hands-on experience with ECSS project-management, review (SRR/PDR/CDR) and milestone frameworks.
• Experience coordinating across consortia, partners and/or subcontractors, ideally in an institutional funding context.
• Strong command of planning, risk management and reporting tools and methods.
• Sound technical judgement across space systems, enabling credible dialogue with domain leads and partners.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Accountable, structured and calm under pressure, with an agile, hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme baseline: schedule, cost, scope, work-package structure and critical path across all phases.
• Run the programme control cycle — planning, milestone and gate management, earned-value tracking, risk and opportunity management, change control, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Act as deltaVision's primary interface to consortium partners, coordinating cross-organisation dependencies and deliverables.
• Manage customer and authority relationships for your programme, including reviews, milestone acceptance and contractual deliverables.
• Lead internal programme execution across systems engineering, hardware, and tests, keeping teams aligned to plan.
• Own subcontractor and supplier management within the programme scope: SOWs, NDAs, negotiation, monitoring and delivery.
• Drive preparation and defence of programme reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) and ensure data-package readiness.
• Flag strategic dependencies and resource conflicts early, across programme and company priorities.
• Ensure ECSS compliance in project-management, configuration and quality requirements.
• Support bid and proposal activity with programme inputs.
