Job Description

Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (with SAP Payroll Integration Experience)

Location: Essen or Berlin, Germany (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Employment Type: Contract (1.5 to 2 Years)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in SAP Payroll integration. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting the interfaces between Oracle HCM (Core HR) and SAP Payroll systems. You will work in close collaboration with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant data flows across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integration interfaces between Oracle HCM and SAP Payroll systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department to define technical specifications and data mapping.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities to ensure stable payroll operations.
  • Work closely with HR business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with German payroll regulations and enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, particularly Core HR and integrations.
  • Proven experience working with SAP Payroll systems, especially in integration contexts.
  • Deep understanding of HCM data structures and payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with middleware tools or integration platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP PI/PO) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) and English.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Essen or Berlin 3 days per week.

Contract Duration

  • 1.5 to 2 years, starting within the next few months.
