Description: Oracle R12 Financials Functional Consultant required to join an exciting international organization that is starting a ‘greenfield’ implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite into a European finance shared service center.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth experience of Oracle R12, especially covering Financials and Supply Chain modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), ebTax, Purchasing (PO), and iProcurement (iProc).
• Localization experience across multiple European countries and experience working in shared service environments.
• Ability to translate end-user requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in implementing, managing projects, and facilitating acceptance testing.
• Exposure to best practices in Oracle usage within multi-org finance shared service environments.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Embed ownership of Oracle Financials applications across all business areas and regions.
• Develop and support expert users within the business to enhance their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve existing practices and implement new processes.
• Coordinate with the internal change team to develop a formal Oracle training program.
• Manage external resources to ensure project delivery as required.
