Jobtailor seeks a senior Oracle CX Solution Architect to lead strategy and architecture across customer service and field service. The role involves workshops, assessments, and shaping future operating models that align with industry best practices.

You will drive end-to-end Oracle CX Cloud implementations, collaborate across geographies, and ensure integration with Oracle modules including Fusion and AI capabilities. Strong leadership and expert product knowledge are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of Oracle CRM/CX consulting experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle CX Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle CX Cloud implementations as Solution Architect.
• Experience leading large-scale service transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Sales, Commerce, Order Management, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Knowledge Management, Oracle Customer Experience Platform, Oracle AI & Agentic Service capabilities.
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Professional Certification.
• Oracle Fusion Service Certification.
