We are seeking a highly experienced and German-speaking Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join our dynamic European team. This pivotal role will see you leading complex Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a strong focus on Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules across various European countries, particularly within Germany. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their HR transformation journey, from strategy and design to successful deployment and adoption.

Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Consultant(Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor)

Location : Remote

German Language Proficiency Required(C1 / C2 / Native)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations : Take a leadership role in full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, with a deep specialization in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
  • Solution Architecture & Design : Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and compliant Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and regional nuances, especially for German deployments.
  • Client Engagement & Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions, workshops, and steering committees. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system leverage.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative project environment.
  • Configuration & Testing : Oversee and participate in the configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, develop comprehensive test strategies, and ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Data Migration & Integration Strategy : Define and manage data migration approaches and integration strategies between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems.
  • Change Management & Training : Collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and develop effective training programs.
  • Project Management Support : Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Business Development Support : Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, showcasing client's capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a demonstrable track record of leading complex projects.
  • Deep functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.
  • Proven experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including significant experience in the European region, with specific deployments in Germany.
  • Fluent in German (C1 / C2 equivalent) and English (business proficiency is essential) – both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across various industries in Europe, with specific knowledge of German labor laws and payroll requirements.
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe as required by project demands.
