We are building a next-generation, AI-driven UX platform designed to automate and optimize user research and experience design processes. This platform will deliver smart UX services—including user testing, usability analysis, UI recommendations, and wireframe generation—at scale.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher & UI Designer to lead the development of intuitive, data-driven user experiences within our AI-Driven UX Platform.

The required skills would be :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX research and UI design, ideally for SaaS or platform products.
• Strong portfolio showing applied UX thinking and UI execution.
• Deep familiarity with UX tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience with automation tools, design systems, or AI-driven UX technologies is a strong plus.
• Ability to think systemically and translate qualitative insights into scalable frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a cross-functional, tech-driven environment.

Optional skills include :

• Experience contributing to or working with AI / ML products.
• Understanding of UX evaluation metrics and testing protocols that could be automated.

The main task of the project :

Defining how UX expertise is encoded, automated, and delivered by the platform.

Other responsibilities within the project include :

• Lead UX research initiatives to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns, and translate these into actionable insights for automation.
• Design intuitive, elegant UI components and flows for both the AI platform itself and its outputs.
• Define and systematize UX heuristics and best practices in a way that can be modeled or interpreted by AI systems (e.g., pattern libraries, UX rule sets).
• Aligning with project owner, designer and developers.
• Prototype and validate user-facing features using tools like Figma, Maze, or similar.
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and techniques—and bring an experimental, forward-thinking mindset to the role.
